Occasionally, we have customers who take the time to write us about our wicker products and service. All of us have very busy lives and we are especially grateful for these letters. It means a lot to us because we do take pride in our work. At this time I would like to share some of the letters with you.

I just wanted to wish you a Happy New Year and congratulate you on the wonderful service and furniture we received from Kozy Kingdom. I have always searched the internet for the best products and prices of anything I am going to buy. Your professionalism and knowledge of the wicker furniture I was hunting for was terrific and made me and my wife very comfortable in making a large purchase from you.

The internet site you have put together is one of the best sites I have seen regarding any product and again I congratulate you on it. Living in Florida I had a multiple of wicker stores to chose from but your furniture and prices blow any of these Florida stores away by at least 30 to 40 %..The quality of the wicker furniture is not matched by any company in Florida and all my friends and neighbors are shocked that I got all of this for the price I told them.

I doubt you'll remember me at all but I'll try to quickly refresh your memory. My husband & I ordered wicker furniture from you last summer to be sent to Tropical Shipping in Miami for consolidated shipment to Anguilla, BWI. I talked with you numerous times on the phone - you were in the process of moving your store at the time - but nevertheless you were very patient & helpful

Anyway, I have been meaning to e-mail you ever since last fall when we got to Anguilla to let you know that all of the furniture arrived in very good condition and we are completely satisfied. The timing of its arrival was just right, and my husband & I would like to thank you for doing such a good job with the whole order. We are very appreciative & most grateful to you.

We received our furniture today and are we ever pleased with it. It is lovely and the green you chose for the chairs was perfect. That is exactly the color I was hoping for. We were so thrilled to receive it so soon as we are expecting company in the next week or so. Thank you so much for your help on the telephone also. You helped us so much with your description of the fabrics over the phone. It is hard to order sight unseen but you certainly were a great help and our extra set of eyes. I am glad we chose the pattern we did. The colors are perfect.

The glass top for the end table came in on Friday and now my Island Paradise set is complete. The bananarama banana fabric is beautiful – Audrey was right about it when I spoke with her on the phone. I simply wanted to let you know how happy I am with the wicker shelving units I bought. I will admit I was skeptical whether they would make it through the shipment. They arrived quickly and in fine shape! Your packaging was obviously done with much care.

While we live in a somewhat metropolitan area, there is no furniture stores carrying wicker shelving units, particularly "quality" pieces like I received.

I recently ordered a round wicker mirror from your company as a Christmas gift for my mother. I wanted to take time to thank you for carefully packing and shipping the mirror. I could tell that extra time was taken to wrap and pad the piece. My mother loved it!
