My husband Tom and I would like to thank you and your store for the
great quality wicker pieces we just purchased, and also thank you for
the courtesy and helpfulness of you and your staff.

We purchased the white 4-drawer split dresser with the matching glass
top and large oval wicker mirror for our guest room.  We also purchased
the 7-drawer split, wood carved dresser in the antique (brown) wicker,
with glass top and matching mirror for our bedroom.  Both pieces are
simply beautiful and they look fabulous in our new vacation house in the
Pocono's!

We were also very impressed with how carefully these pieces were packed
for shipping.  We had concerns about the glass tops and mirrors since we
were transporting them by car to PA.  There was no need for concern
because all the pieces were packed so carefully and thoroughly, and when
we opened the boxes, the dressers, the glass tops, and the mirrors were
all in perfect condition.

Again, thank you.  It was a pleasure doing business with you.  The
pieces are even more beautiful than they appear on your website (and
they looked pretty darn good there)!

If we ever need more wicker, we will come and see you.  And, if anyone
I know considers buying wicker pieces, I will certainly send them to
you.

I just wanted to wish you a Happy New Year and congratulate you on the wonderful service and furniture we received from Kozy Kingdom. I have always searched the internet for the best products and prices of anything I am going to buy. Your professionalism and knowledge of the wicker furniture I was hunting for was terrific and made me and my wife very comfortable in making a large purchase from you.

The internet site you have put together is one of the best sites I have seen regarding any product and again I congratulate you on it. Living in Florida I had a multiple of wicker stores to chose from but your furniture and prices blow any of these Florida stores away by at least 30 to 40 %..The quality of the wicker furniture is not matched by any company in Florida and all my friends and neighbors are shocked that I got all of this for the price I told them.

       I have been meaning to write and tell you how pleased we are with our replacement cushions we ordered from your company. I was a little leery about ordering over the internet but they fit as if they were sold with the set, but a better quality and workmanship than the originals. We were also wonderfully surprised at the quick turn around as well. Now my sunroom has a great new look at less than 1/3 of buying new and a better quality. Ordering was easy and I'm certainly going to not only use you again but recommend you to my friends.

I simply wanted to let you know how happy I am with the wicker shelving units I bought. I will admit I was skeptical whether they would  make it through the shipment. They arrived quickly and in fine shape! Your packaging was obviously done with much care.

While we live in a somewhat metropolitan area, there is no furniture stores carrying wicker shelving units, particularly "quality" pieces like I received.

Thank you for your great service! Should I decide to add to my "wicker" room, I know where to go.

I normally don't express comments regarding items I receive shipped to me, as I believe good delivery is part of the service included with a purchase. However, the wicker furniture you shipped me was special.

My wife said she had never seen packing as thorough as you packed our furniture, nor have I.

We also compliment you on selecting the Bistro table as it really fits in with the wicker furniture. 

While there are risks in buying from the internet, I must say your business is one I would recommend to anyone.

We received our furniture today and are we ever pleased with it.  It is lovely and the green you chose for the chairs was perfect.  That is exactly the color I was hoping for.  We were so thrilled to receive it so soon as we are expecting company in the next week or so. Thank you so much for your help on the telephone also.  You helped us so much with your description of the fabrics over the phone. It is hard to order sight unseen but you certainly were a great help and our extra set of eyes.  I am glad we chose the pattern we did.  The colors are perfect.

I just received my order and felt compelled to let you know how pleased I am.  I was hesitant to order over the internet, just by seeing a picture and not knowing how sturdy the furniture would be.  I was pleasantly surprised by the quality.
