Warranty & Product Information

Wicker and Rattan frames carry a 1-year warranty from date merchandise was received. This warranty covers defects and does not include damage due to acts of nature, or abuse.

Note: A one year warranty does not mean you should expect the furniture to last for only one year. I have been in the business for over 25 years and can count on one hand the number of time it has been necessary to replace a rattan or wicker frame. In fact, a big part of my business is supplying replacement cushions to past customer after they have used their furniture for many years and need only replace the cushions.

Seat Construction

Elastic Webbing

Woven strips of strong elastic material covered with fabric. This provides support and seating comfort.

Back Cushions:

Loose pillow backs are filled with 100% Dacron polyester fiber.

Seat Cushions:

Seat cushions consists of a high density polyurethane foam seat cushion wrapped with polyester fiber.
